DELIVERY TERMS
Delivery to the nearest agent - Your package will be packed within 7-10 days depending on whether it is a weekend.
Your order is sent with Postnord.
Order is sent to your nearest delivery point.

When picking up your shipment, a valid ID document must be presented.
Maximum weight: 20 kg
Bill of lading - When your order is packed, our warehouse staff may change your delivery from agent to bill of lading and your package will be delivered directly to your home.

UNRELEASED PACKAGES/SHIPMENTS
Salosport reserves the right to charge a handling fee for unredeemed packages. Unredeemed packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

TRANSPORT DAMAGE
We take responsibility for goods that are damaged. When you return an item to us, you as the customer are responsible for the goods.
ATTENTION! If you discover that the goods you receive are damaged in transit, you must within a reasonable time, but within two months at the latest, complain about the transit damage. Therefore, it is important that you check your shipment upon receipt so that it is not damaged in transit. We recommend that you report any transport damage directly to your post office and open your shipment to see if all your goods are included and undamaged and then contact us.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to the Distance Contracts Act, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

RETURNS
Inform info@salosport.com if you received an item in a different condition than expected.

When returning, you as a customer are responsible for the item being sent safely.
If the product is delivered in a package that cannot be opened without damaging the package (e.g. a blister package), you as a consumer have the right to open the package to examine your product, without your return right being used up.
